ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to Survey and Demarcate the Petitioner's property in Survey No.2/2B1 with extent of 42.395 cents (18707 sq.f) and to issue individual Patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the representation, dated 08.04.2021.

2. Heard Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, the respondents have changed the application format and now online application is available. 2/4

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit Online application, within a period of Four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the said application, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of Eight weeks therefrom.
