ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the First Information Report in connection with Crime No.15 of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent ie., the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch,Tenkasi,Tenkasi District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the disputed document is sent for expert opinion and also suit is pending.

3. Since the disputed document is sent for expert opinion, at this stage quashment of the FIR does not arises.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, after completing the investigation progress.
