ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report pertaining to the case in Crime No.110 of 2017 under Sections 342, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) of IPC, dated 25.05.2017 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions, would submit that the respondent requires one month time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
