This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2177 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.711 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Sellur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., in order to avoid any 1/3

further untoward incident to the victim girl. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition on 06.03.2025 to 09.03.2025, 21.03.2025 to 23.03.2025, 29.03.2025, 02.04.2025 to 04.04.2025 and 08.04.2025. 3.Considering the conduct of this petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
