ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.71 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
