This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C No 66 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case in S.T.C.No.66 of 2020 was disposed of vide judgment, dated 29.01.2021 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
