(in both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.R.Senthilkumar For Respondent : K.Manavalan C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner got married to the respondent on 15.11.2012 at Madurai. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2017 before the Family Court, Madurai, for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.261 of 2017 before the very same Court for divorce.

2. The petitioner is an young woman who is aged 22 years. She is now based in a village near Tirunelveli. Therefore, it will be very difficult for her to go all the way to Madurai to conduct the proceedings. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman, H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2017 and H.M.O.P.No.261 of 2017 are withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petitions stand allowed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
