The learned counsel, on written instruction, has withdrawn the transfer civil miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. The learned Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the trial. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
