Side) in all Cases PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.24 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners , who were the emplolyees in a private finance viz., Unica Finance, have joined together and misappropriated a sum of Rs.23,24,560/-. 3.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against them.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation is pending and no amount has been recovered from the petitioners so far.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no amount has been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed.
