ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.346 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Karur, to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

2.The petitioner and the respondent are the wife and husband. The respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.346 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Karur. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is residing at present at Nilakkottai within the jurisdiction of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. The respondent has no objection for transferring the proceedings to Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. 3.As a result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.346 of 2018 is withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. It is directed that the Family Court, Karur, should transmit the records to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. the records, the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the proceedings within a period of six months thereafter. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
