J U D G M E N T

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.451 of 2019 from the file of the learned Family Court, Coimbatore, to the file of the learned Family Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The parties to the proceedings have compromised dispute between themselves and husband and wife have agreed to live together. The terms of understanding is reduced into writing in the joint compromise memo. The same is taken on file.

4. This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of in lines of the compromise memo. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
