2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners 1/3
seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose the appeal submitted by the petitioners dated 20.02.2021 and 11.02.2021 and objection dated 12.04.2021 respectively against tentative seniority list published by the 3rd respondent in Na.K.aNo.951/2020/R.D/1 dated 25.01.2021 respectively within the time stipulated by this Court, before publishing the confirmed seniority list thereon and ensure that sufficient opportunity of being heard shall be given to the petitioners by the third respondent thereto.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' appeal will be disposed of by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioners' appeal dated 22.02.2021 and 11.02.2021 respectively, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving the opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners. The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
