ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 302, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.27 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 16.03.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed and the same has also been taken on file in P.R.C.No.6 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate concerned.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
