(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by the sixth respondent by constructing a blocking wall across the Nilaviyal Salai in S. No.19/5C, so as to enable the petitioner to use the pathway running along S. Nos.19/5B, 19/6B, 19/4B, and 19/3A (as per the UDR) for the petitioner's plots situated in S. Nos.18/2, 18/3, 18/4, 18/5A, and 18/5B (as per UDR survey) in Annamalai Nagar laid-out plots, Vaalavanthalpuram Revenue Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, within a stipulated time frame.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that Survey No.19/5C is not classified as Nilaviyal Pathai and produced a copy of the 'A' Register in support of the same.

3.On perusal of the 'A' Register, it is evident that Survey No.19/5C belongs to one Karayandi Thevar.
4.In view of the above, we do not find any merit in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner intends to establish any easementary right over the pathway, it is for her to do so in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
