ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A6 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.01.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 IPC r/w Section 3(2) (v) SC / ST Act, in Crime No.26 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in custody from 22.01.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that investigation is completed and awaiting for chemical analysis report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 22.01.2016 onwards, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are

ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond each of them for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 12/04/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
