ORDER

The petitioner seeks only expeditious disposal of the appeal pending from the first respondent right from 30.06.2022.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. Admittedly, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the first respondent from June 2022, therefore, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to hear the pending appeal and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
