O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for dissolving the marriage, at the instance of the husband in H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2019, on the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, seeks transfer of the same to the Sub-Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Admittedly, the wife resides at Thoothukudi District and transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience.

3. When the matter is taken up of hearing, both the Counsel for the parties agreed for transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2019 from the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District to the file of the Sub-Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.

4. As agreed by both the parties, H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2019, on the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, can be transferred to the Sub-Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.

5. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, and transferred to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District. The learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri, is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub-Court, Kovilpatti, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.228 of 2019 Thoothukudi District, forthwith.

6. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, after due notice and opportunity to both parties. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
