ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
2.The only request made by the petitioner is for directing the second respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned objection letter. He seeks promotion as Sub Registrar Grade - II by placing him above the third respondent. Without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I make it clear that the second respondent will hear the third respondent and other interested persons if any before passing the final order.
