Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 and 29.07.2015 and pass orders on the same.

4. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representations were already considered after conducting an enquiry and an order came to be passed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

07.08.2015, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court to resolve the dispute. He has also produced the copy of the said order. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above submission may be recorded and this Writ Petition may be closed.
