This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with the Criminal case in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 08.04.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ herein and hence, there is no question of harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
