This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1696 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.956 of 2024, dated 24.02.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Thoothukudi and report before the Thoothukudi South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, in order to avoid any further untoward incident to the victim girl. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is complying with the condition regularly from 28.02.2025. He further submits that this petitioner is prepared to give an undertaking that he will not disturb the victim girl in future.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal, on his undertaking before the respondent police as stated above. sd/- 09/04/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
