ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 27.08.2015. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Coimbatore, seeking divorce.

2.The petitioner is based in Kalakadu. Therefore, it would be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Coimbatore and contest the proceedings there. Hence, in the interest of justice, H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2017 is withdrawn from the Sub Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

3.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
