197 of 2005 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' to appear before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.O.P (MD)No.16635 of 2018, dated 18.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 10 days to appear before the concerned Magistrate by the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender before the concerned Magistrate is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The petitioners are directed to produce the receipt of deposited amount at the time of surrender.
