ORDER

This petition has been filed by the wife/petitioner to transfer the case in I.D.O.P.No.97 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, to the file of learned Principal District Court, Tuticorin. 2.The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 26.12.2014. The husband has earlier filed a petition in I.D.O.P.No.101 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. It is stated that after Mediation, they agreed for compromise and the petition was dismissed as not pressed. Later, the husband has once again filed a petition in I.D.O.P.No.97 of 2018 before the Additional District Court, Tenkasi. The wife has now filed the present petition for transfer of the same on the ground of convenience. The petitioner is living with her son and parents at Tuticorin.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the proceedings are transferred to any one of the Additional District Court, Tirunelveli. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner/wife also has no objection and conceded the request of husband to transfer the proceedings to Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. There is agreement between the parties to transfer the proceedings from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional District Court/Fast Track Court, Tenkasi to the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.

5.Therefore, the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.97 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Court/Fast Track Court, Tenkasi, is withdrawn and transferred to the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
