O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to delete the fourth respondent as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has got nothing to with such respondent. Such permission is granted.

2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fifth respondent, Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for R1 to R3.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not implemented the order passed by the first respondent, dated 18.10.2014, whereby the first respondent is directed the third respondent to enquire into the matter.

4. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that in pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent, already the third respondent has conducted enquiry and only final order has to be passed.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader and without going into the merits of the matter, I only direct the third respondent to pass orders, on the subject matter in dispute on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
