ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.555 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Trichy.

2. Both the parties and their respective counsels were present.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The mediation report signed by the parties and their respective counsels shall form a part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
