Thereafter from 01/11/2018 the petitioner is to appear before the Respondent police daily in the morning at 10.30 a.m and in the evening at 5.00 pm till 08/11/2018. Thereafter from 09/11/2018 he is to appear once in a day in the morning at 10.30 am till 15/11/2018 before the respondent police and thereafter from 16/11/2018 only as and when required by the Respondent police for investigation purpose imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).NO.18796/2018 dt:20/10/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.E.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.
