: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2501/2017/A1(2) dated 25.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as Lecturer in the 3rd respondent Institution of Co-operative Management with all attendant and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner before this Court is working as Principal at Dr.M.G.R. Co-operative Management Institute, Cuddalore. But his services were regularized as Junior Clerk / Junior Assistant and pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9798 of 2021 was also accordingly fixed. Challenging the same, he has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.10917 of 2020. Pending the writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred and redesignated as Junior Assistant at the third respondent Institute / Samiyappa Institute of Co-operative Management, Thanjavur. Challenging the same, he has filed this writ petition.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred again from the third respondent Institute at Thanjavur to Dindigul and now, the petitioner has also joined in the transferred place. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his claim for regularization as Principal in the pending writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.10917 of 2020. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
