ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on his application dated 22.02.2025 and the representation dated 13.03.2025.

2. The petitioner claims survey based on the registered partition deed and separate patta issued in the name of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 22.02.2025 and the representation dated 13.03.2025, 2/4

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
