ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 09/09/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.141 of 2018, with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 25/04/2023 in D.No.279 of 2023, submitted by the District Munsicf, Sivagangai,this Court made the following order: By an order dated 09.09.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.279/2023, dated 25.04.2023, with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 09.09.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.1104 of 2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by three months to comply with the order dated 09.09.2022.
