ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's property.

2. The petitioner has admittedly made an application on 19.06.2024 and the same has not been acted upon. Therefore, direction is issued to the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 19.06.2024 in terms of the available revenue documents. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any other interested parties shall also be put on notice and their objections, if any, heard, before proceeding to survey the property.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
