Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or Direction or suggestion or observation or particularly in the nature of writ directing the 1st Respondent to instruct the respondents to a)To set up powerful flying squard and monitor the Private Hospital who receive exorbitant amount of fees from COVID-19 patients all over Tamil Nadu. b) To Cancel the license of Private Hospitals who receive, exorbidant amount of fees from Covid-19 patients in Tamilnadu, C) To install a notice board in front of Private Hospitals indicating Govt., fixed fees for Covid-19 in Tamilnadu, D) by considering the petitioners representation dated 02-09-2020. 1/3

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner appearing in person alleges that the interim direction given in the writ petition in WP(MD) No.14338 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020 has not been complied with.

2.Heard Mr.K.K.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Senior Counsel for Government assisted by Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the respondents. 3.The direction is to file an affidavit by the respondents giving certain details. Admittedly, an affidavit has been filed by the respondents and details have been given. If the petitioner is of the opinion that the details given are inadequate, then his remedy lies elsewhere and not by way of a contempt petition. 4.For the above reason, the contempt petition is dismissed.
