This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents no.3 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents no.3 to 5, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already a case against the petitioner was registered in Thoothukudi South Police Station on the same day and now the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents no. 3 to 5. The said representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the 1st respondent.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the respondents no.3 to 5 inclined to pass orders in this petition.
5. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent, it is for him to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action. In view of the same, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
