ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 354(c) I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.155 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has already withdrawn the earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15032 of 2018, dated on 12.09.2018. Considering the serious of allegation made as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
