ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 23.11.2016 this Court passed a conditional order, which is as follows:

"3.List the matter on 01.12.2016. In the mean time, the petitioners shall make the de facto complainant as party to the proceedings and send a private notice to her mentioning the date of hearing as 01.12.2016, failing which, this Criminal Original Petition will stand automatically dismissed."

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the above said conditional order has not been complied with by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
