Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 25.01.2021 1/3

filed for enchancement of compensation for the petitioner's lands in old Survey No.9/9 and new Survey No.9/1D2 situated at Kothaimangalam Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District acquired by the 3rd respondent for laying four way lane from Pollachi to Dindigul.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Considering the submissions submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.01.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
