This criminal original petition has been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.1698 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli and transfer to any one of the Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has restricted his prayer only with regard to give a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.1698 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is genuine one. Considering the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, is directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.1698 of 2022 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
