This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2024 continued by a reminder dated 09.01.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Karthikeyan and others for forging of documents on 25.11.2024, but the same has not been considered. Again he sent a reminder dated 09.01.2025 and the same has also not been considered Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 4 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is pending before the 4th respondent. After enquiry, they will take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner and reminder dated 09.01.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
