This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.415 of 2020 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed on 24.08.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tanjore and the same is yet to be filed. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
