O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to approve the appointment of one Mr.Aljin Roy.M.X as Physical Director Grade - I in the petitioner school and disburse the grant - in - aid towards his salary and allowance with effect from 10.06.2024.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the proposal sent by the petitioner School to the third respondent to approve the appointment of Mr.Aljin Roy.M.X as Physical Director Grade - I in the petitioner School with effect from 10.06.2024 has not been considered yet and not disbursing the grant in aid towards his salary. In view of the same, the petitioner as well as the teacher both are suffering a lot.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the third respondent without assigning any reason making delay in granting approval by considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner school.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the proposal sent by the petitioner School to the third respondent will be considered in due course by following due process of law.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my considered opinion, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage with the consent of both parties without going into the merits of the case with a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner on 10.06.2024 for appointment of Mr.Aljin Roy.M.X as Physical 3/6

Director Grade - I in the petitioner School and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated herein under to meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner on 10.06.2024 for approval of the appointment of Mr.Aljin Roy.M.X as Physical Director Grade - I in the petitioner School and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and disburse grant in aid towards his salary and allowance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
