This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the petitioner's right in connection with the property in Survey No.520/1A (T.S.No.16/4), Block 7, T.S.Ward AV, Kulavanigarpuram Village, Melapalayam, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli City, which is the subject matter of the civil suit in O.S.No.478 of 2019, on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8320 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as of now no petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner. He has specifically stated that the third respondent herein has not made any complaint against the petitioner.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending on the file of the second respondent, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
