This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2276 of 2026, dated 05.02.2026, for appearing before the Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Usilampatti, Madurai District, and for executing the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to their health condition, they could not appear before the concerned Magistrate and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2276 of 2026. Accordingly, the time for executing the sureties is extended by a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
