This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23199 of 2025 dated 02.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions, and the fact that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English calendar month, until further orders.
