Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2015 and dispose the same within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 05.11.2015, through which the petitioner seems to have filed an appeal before the respondent in respect of the election conducted on 31.10.2015 for works committee of ordnance factory, Tiruchirappalli.

2. As the election itself was conducted on 31.10.2015 and the petitioner has filed an appeal only on 05.11.2015, filing the writ petition and seeking for a mandamus as sought for herein seeking for disposal of the petitioner's appeal at an early date is highly premature as the petitioner has to give sufficient time for the respondent to consider and act on the appeal.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the respondent has not considered the appeal and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
