ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.265 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The petitioner as well as the second respondent were present before this Court. The respondent police have registered the FIR in Cr.No.265 of 2018 against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 417, 376, 306 and 511 IPC.

3.The parties were present before this Court. This Court personally enquired both the parties and they informed this Court that they got married on 07.10.2018 and they are living peacefully and happily.

4.In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the case pending. Accordingly, the FIR in Crime No.265 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
