ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.77 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni District, by order judgment dated 28.07.2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 13237 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 20.01.2026.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
