ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the IDOP.No. 54 of 2018, pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now, the petitioner shifted the residence to Thanjavur and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
