(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 477 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1,45,475/- in CMA(MD) SR No.88028 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:6477041768, IFSC Code:- IDIB00H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai) for the purpose of maintaining Creche.
