Seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.315 of 2015, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
