In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2013) 10 SCC 519 (University Grants Commission Vs. Neha Anil Bobde (Gadekar)), the learned single judge of this Court has dismissed the similar Writ Petition in W.P(MD).No.5223 of 2013 etc., vide his order dated 23.09.2013.

2. In the light of the above fact, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
